The less people you are around, the better.<br \/>\n\u2022 Wash your hands often.<br \/>\n\u2022 Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched frequently with common EPA registered household disinfectants.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor your health, be alert for symptoms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow, and do not spit.<br \/>\n\u2022 Jackson County is under the Extreme Risk level, follow the guidance under this level. Guidance can be found on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us\/DHSForms\/Served\/le3461.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OHA<\/a>\u00a0website.
