He tried to run away, but officers caught up with him after a short chase on foot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">They arrested him on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear on an original Trespassing charge while continuing the murder investigation. He was interviewed the same day, and lodged in jail on the warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He was charged with Murder and Abuse of a Corpse in the Second Degree on the evening of April 1.
